Backlog: Breath of Fire IV & Dungeon Hack + 3 More GOG Games - Steam Deck Tested
Kia ora Everyone!
Wow, I can’t remember the last time I had the time or energy to do game testing outside of the weekly giveaways! At the moment I seem to be caught up on stuff, I think, I hope, haha. Anyway, I thought I’d better get back into it and make some headway through my library of untested games. It’s a win-win situation. A win for you guys, as you can see what games work via Junk Store, and a win for me, as I’ll find out which games from both Eben’s library and mine are worth playing. The downside is that my backlog of games I want to play will keep growing, but that’s all good!
I’ll also get back to retesting games to see if anything has shifted since they were last tested. I’m hoping to get onto this over the weekend, fingers crossed nothing else pops up that needs urgent attention.
Current System Setup
- Junk Store Pro: v3.0.1.0 (Beta Channel)
- Junk Store Plugin: v1.1.13 (Main/Default)
- GOG Extension: v0.1.11 (purchase from the Junk Store Portal)
- Decky Loader: v3.2.5-pre1 (Pre-release)
- Proton: GE-Proton 10.28
- SteamOS: v3.7.25 (Stable)

These games have been sitting in the testing queue. Here’s how they performed:
We tested 5 games — 5 work out of the box.
That’s all for this testing update. I kept this one to the compatibility results, but next time I’ll try to write a little blurb for each game like I do with the giveaways, so you get a better idea of what they’re actually like to play.
Let us know what you are keen to try or what you thought of this week’s tested games!
For game-specific issues, feedback, or just a chat, you'll still find us on Discord or Reddit.
Cheers,
Annie & Eben (aka The Junk Store Team)
