Junk Store Tested: Monster Harvest, The Stone of Madness, Snake Core + 1 More
G’day Everyone!
Winter is definitely upon us here in NZ. The days are getting noticeably shorter and the weather colder. Eben and I are hoping to get some gaming in this winter as it’s been too long since we actually had time to enjoy games from our libraries. Planning to get back into backlog testing and retesting some older titles.
Quiet week otherwise, just hard at work on Junk Store as always! Hope you’ve got some gaming time carved out this weekend! And since the NBA playoffs are here, let’s go Celtics! ☘️

Epic Games Giveaway
This week featuring The Stone of Madness.
My fave of the bunch. This style of game is right up my alley. Problem solving and situations that keep you on your toes. The more people you gather in your party, the more you need to think things through. Will definitely be going back to this one.

This week featuring Monster Harvest, Snake Core.
Cute game you can pick up for short sessions. Reminded me of Forager and Kamaeru: A Frog Refuge. Good choice for all you cozy gamers.

Flash back to the late 90s when Snake ruled mobile gaming. This one adds aliens, different units, and missions. A fun twist that's perfect for quick Deck sessions.

This week featuring Undead: Rise of the Betrayed King.
An Early Access action RPG where you play as a dragon hiding in barbarian form, fighting the undead with magic and combat companions. Might be too demanding for the Steam Deck, but hopefully with some tweaking it will run well.

Epic Games: Epic’s got DOOMBLADE coming this week.
Amazon Prime Gaming: Amazon Prime Gaming has a couple worth grabbing too: a GOG code for Neo Cab and The Pale Beyond.
