Every Tested Game Now Has Its Own Page
This week’s tip is more of a heads up: the games tested table got a serious glow-up. Clicking a game used to open a little pop-up with the basics. Now every single game we’ve tested has its own full page, and we’ve packed them with everything we know about each game.
That’s over 1,000 pages across Epic, GOG, Amazon and itch, all searchable from the same table you already know.
What's On a Game Page Now
A quick taste of what you’ll find:
- Our test results, front and centre - how the game runs through Junk Store on the Steam Deck, when we tested it, plus our testing notes
- Scores from around the web - Metacritic, OpenCritic, ProtonDB and Steam Deck Verified, all in one spot
- The practical stuff - download size, HowLongToBeat playtimes, offline mode, cloud saves, controller support, anti-cheat info and age ratings
- Franchise pages - games in a series now link to each other, with related games at the bottom of every page
The other big win: every page has its own link. So when someone asks “does X run on the Deck?”, you can send them straight to that game’s page instead of telling them to go search the table.
Go Have a Poke Around
Head to the games tested table, click any game that catches your eye, and have a scroll. Not sure where to start? Try a big name from each store: Cyberpunk 2077 on GOG, Alan Wake 2 on Epic, Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II on Amazon or Celeste on itch. And to see a franchise page in action, Tomb Raider has eleven games from the series in one spot.
Fair warning: with over 1,000 pages going live at once, this is still very much a work in progress. If you run into a broken link, a missing image or info that doesn’t look right, give us a shout so we can get it sorted.
And the list keeps growing - every weekly giveaway gets tested, plus I’m always working through our own backlog and retesting games already on the list to see if anything’s changed since we last played them. Played something through Junk Store that isn’t on the list yet? Tell us how it went and we’ll add it.
This is just the quick hello - there’s honestly too much on these pages to cover in one go, so we’ll do a proper tour of all the sections in an upcoming post. Keep an eye out for it!
