About This Game
A survival horror game split between day and night. Days are for exploring the woods and scavenging, dealing with inhabitants who have their own quests and their own feuds, so helping one can doom another. Nights are spent barricaded in a hideout with the generator running while whatever is outside tries to get in, and some of it cannot be killed with weapons. Landmarks are hand-crafted but the woods rearrange with each new game, there are no quest markers, and the developers say there are no jumpscares. Nightmare difficulty adds permadeath.
